These Terms of Service govern use of the Bravely Truest Jazz website and booking inquiry and messaging services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Website information and inquiries
This website describes our live entertainment services and allows you to inquire about an event. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, establish pricing, or create a performance contract. Repertoire, lineup options, production arrangements, and other event details are subject to discussion and confirmation.
Bookings and separate agreements
A booking is confirmed only when the parties complete the applicable booking agreement and any required payment arrangements. Fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation and rescheduling rules, travel, production, performance duration, and other event-specific requirements will be addressed in that agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed booking agreement, the booking agreement controls for that event.
Accurate information and permitted use
Please provide accurate contact and event details and only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not use the website for unlawful activities, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, or interference with the website or its services.
Communications and SMS terms
We may respond to an inquiry using the contact information you provide. If you separately opt in to text messages, Bravely Truest Jazz may send booking inquiry updates, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through the inquiry form. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may inquire or arrange services without opting in to SMS.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by Bravely Truest Jazz or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links for personal use or event planning.
